The IUCN Peatland Programme exists to promote peatland restoration in the UK and advocates the multiple benefits of peatlands through partnerships, strong science, sound policy and effective practice.We deliver- A focus for peatland research and management- Credible, clear and concise peatland messages for decision makers- Facilitation of knowledge exchange and consensus between practitioners, scientists and decision makers- Promotion of the benefits and values of peatland ecosystem services.As Programme Manager, I\'m responsible for the day-to-day administration of the programme, managing multiple projects and engaging with partner organisations to develop our work plan. I support our Director in managing the programme\'s budget and meeting our strategic objectives. I line manage our Programme Officer and Communications Lead, working closely with the wider team to deliver our annual conference and other events.
