   Functioning as the Beaker AP project manager and working directly with the program manager to lead multiple concurrent implementation projects and their corresponding interface implementations Leading a team of six Beaker AP analysts and coordinating daily work efforts to meet project milestones and mentoring new-to-Beaker and junior Beaker FTEs Functioning as the project manager and analyst for the Beaker AP data conversion from legacy CoPath, Soft, and Beaker systems project, totaling approximately 125 million legacy cases that exist in Beaker and can be amended and addended for add-on testing Working with the coding team to direct and design charge cloning and charge bundles to meet CMS regulations for general billing, late stains, and add-on molecular testing Implemented bidirectional interfaces to Leica Bond, Roche Benchmark, and Roche Benchmark ULTRA (Ventana) stainers using Beaker-generated barcoded labels Serving as the clinical and data structure resource for the analytics team Worked with sub-speciality medical directors to develop a style guide used to optimize specimen type and source lists Installed CAP Synoptic Report updates via Turbocharger and worked with the pathology informatics medical director to validate update and release for use by the use by deadline Designed surgical pathology reports to automatically include cold ischemic and fixative times based on calculations using OpTime-documented collection and in-fixative times and histology-documented on processor time Serving as the AP security resource to advocate for and test additional and new security points Leading weekly meetings for each AP sub-speciality with leadership and SMEs to discuss pain-points, new features, and recommend updates/changes to accommodate workflows Reviewing Nova and upgrade notes with Beaker trainer to develop communication for end users on what will change for them with each upgrade
