ABOUT JANDEUX EMBURY

I consider myself to be an expert within the finance industry with over 20 years’ experience in different sectors. I have a proven and demonstrable record of streamlining processes with a tenacious and pro-active approach to improving efficiencies. I am imbued with an enthusiastic and pragmatic leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop others to achieve results. I am self motivated, able to use my own initiative and I am adaptable to change. I am able to challenge ideas and ask probing questions and I have a strong belief in ‘Driving improvement as we can always be better’ After 20 years in sales, I am also ready to take on a new challenge! I was offered the opportunity whilst working a Trust Family Associates to set up a new business offering services for later life planning direct to consumers. Within the first 3 months I was successful getting that new business off the ground — staffing, developing our strategy, streamlining processes once we saw what worked and what didn’t work. This became the main core area of the business. I’m itching to move on to what’s next.
