   Oversee all immigration and relocation related needs throughout the company, in both the US and abroad (10+ countries internationally). This includes H-1B, O-1, L-1, E-3, OPT/CPT visas as well as EB-1, EB-2, NIW immigrant petitions in the US. S-Passes and Employment passes in Singapore, and work permits in several other countries in EMEA and APAC-Develop and implement immigration and mobility policies and programs for the US and global locations-Evaluate current vendors and onboard new vendors as needed to create a cohesive program across all locations-Work with internal teams to create and improve internal tracking and reporting for immigration matters-Communicate with employees, managers, HR, and legal on complex immigration issues-Coordinate with recruiters on evaluating candidates\' relocation and immigration needs-Created a program for international mobility to enable current employees to transfer to other offices internationally, either permanently or on assignment-Work with HR to create reports, alerts, tracking, and systems in Workday and Greenhouse to streamline and troubleshoot immigration processes.
