I run the digital accessibility program, ensuring that all our members have access to that value across our digital properties, no matter their abilities or assistive technologies. I architect accessible solutions that make it easier for people with disabilities to use the website & native apps. I coordinate the legal and technical teams to remediate hundreds of barriers to accessibility. I teach courses on accessibility to teams of developers, QA, designers, and content creators. I run accessibility audits and create process management changes to ensure accessibility is preserved.
