I joined Ridgemont Resources in 2003 and now have over twenty years of experience in the recruiting and staffing business. I have a sincere love for working with people to grow in their careers and with helping hiring managers and human resource professionals find the talent they need for their teams.After working with Ridgemont Resources as a Regional Manager for a couple of years, I took ownership of the company in 2005. As President of Ridgemont Resources, I work closely with our candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. You will find that I offer extensive industry and market knowledge with good humor and genuine dedication to your satisfaction.Outside of my work in the pharmacy profession, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love fitness, hiking, running, triathlon, animals (I\'m certified dog-crazy) and lots of other outdoor activities. I am a three-time Ironman 140.6 Finisher (Chattanooga 2015, Madison WI 2017 and Tulsa 2021), 7-time Ironman 70.3 finisher, and have completed 48 Marathons in 40 states (going for all 50 States). I volunteer regularly at John 3:16 Mission for the Homeless and in July of 2025 was awarded the \"Crushing It\" award for my 20+ years of service there. I am also the Tulsa Ambassador for Ainsley\'s Angels of America, a national non-profit group that provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities to be included in endurance events. We run in a local race every month, pushing our Athlete Riders to the finish line! In April 2025 I was awarded the Compassionate Tulsan Award by the Tulsa Human Rights Commission. I am so grateful to be able to give back to my community and was so honored to receive this meaningful award.
