Such responsibilities also include:• Recruit and Hire IT talents nationwide.• Responsible for partnering with Account Managers to develop research strategies in assisting with the identification and qualification of targeted candidates. While sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions.• Providing training to the recruiting and sales team on technologies such as.NET and JAVA programming skills. • Collaborate with hiring managers such as personal assessments, salary negotiations, executing reference checks and qualifying the candidacy for Kforce’s corporations.• Managing consultant care during assignment timeline; facilitating redeployment of consultants as assignments approach completion.• Continuously hiring for skills such as Java.NET, QA, Business Analyst (BA), Data Analyst, DevOps, Mobile Developers (iOS and Android), Project Managers and Data Engineers for Kforce’s clients nationwide.
