I am an enthusiastic HR professional with hands-on experience in both Human Resources Operations and Talent Acquisition. Over the past 7 months, I\'ve had the opportunity to contribute to and learn from some of the most dynamic teams in the industry. HR Operations Intern at Titan: I spent two months at Titan, where I was deeply involved in supporting HR processes, employee data management. This internship allowed me to develop a strong foundation in HR systems, compliance, and the importance of efficient HR operations. Talent Acquisition Coordinator Apprentice at Nike: Currently, I am working at Nike as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Apprentice, where I am responsible for managing the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and assisting with talent pipeline management. This role has enabled me to sharpen my organizational skills, understand the full recruitment cycle, and collaborate closely with HR teams to attract top talent. With a passion for people and process, I am eager to continue growing in the HR and talent acquisition space, driving efficient practices that contribute to company success.
