I recently completed my Master’s in Health Informatics and currently work as a Release of Information (ROI) Specialist, where I work closely with patient data, clinical documentation, and medical imaging workflows in a regulated healthcare environment.In my role, I handle medical record requests across both clinical and imaging data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strict HIPAA compliance. I work with EHR systems and imaging platforms such as AbbaDox, and have hands-on exposure to imaging workflows involving DICOM and PACS-based records through radiology documentation. This experience has helped me understand how imaging and clinical data are managed, accessed, and shared across systems in real-world healthcare settings.With a Doctor of Pharmacy background, I bring a strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care context. Alongside this, my academic experience has given me exposure to healthcare data analysis using tools like SQL, R, and Python.I’m looking to grow into roles focused on imaging informatics, clinical data analysis, and healthcare systems where I can continue building my skills and contribute to improving data quality, workflows, and patient outcomes.
