At Morgan Stanley, I worked on a real-time fraud detection system processing ~2.5M transactions daily, balancing risk, compliance, and customer experience in a highly regulated environment.More recently, at Google DeepMind, I’ve been building AI-powered systems that help users find the right information at the right time. A lot of my work involves designing conversational workflows — systems that understand intent and respond in real time.What drives me is solving messy, high-stakes problems, where the challenge isn’t just building something that works, but building something that works reliably at scale.I’m especially interested in products at the intersection of AI, financial systems, and customer interaction.
