Prior to pursuing an MBA at Emory University - Goizueta Business School with concentrations in Finance and Strategy, I worked in development and acquisitions of multifamily investments. Previously, I spearheaded the analysis of prospective developments and acquisitions at Partin Development. Once properties are placed under contract, I managed the transaction and due diligence process. This also included investor presentation and communication. Post-closing, I led the asset management by targeting increased revenue opportunities while monitoring property-level expenses.In the past, I spearheaded the valuation and analysis process of potential acquisitions at Tri Consulting Group. I also created the company acquisitions model with projection guidance from C-level executives. Lastly, I managed the due diligence process leading up to closing on the acquisitions. Prior to that role, I developed investment packages for Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. These packages included a thorough underwriting of the property operations based on a broad array of due diligence documents such as: financial statements, lease agreements, and LURAs. It was an exciting experience to learn about the nuances of Tax Credit Properties.Finance is an exciting industry and a strong passion of mine.
