I am a future maker, culture warrior, and strengths developer dedicated to evolving the landscape of Higher Education. I believe that institutional excellence is only possible when we intentionally design the human systems that support our teams, moving away from transactional interactions toward the strategic development of the professionals who drive our mission forward. My work is defined by a commitment to servant leadership and a drive to solve the complex problems facing community colleges by bridging the gap between operational readiness and human potential.As a Gallup Global Strengths Coach, I leverage my natural talents in Individualization, Ideation, and Strategic thinking to move teams from a deficit-based mindset to one of collective excellence. I act as a catalyst for culture change by designing and facilitating deep-dive curricula that allow for honest, transformative dialogue across all levels of an organization. Rather than simply managing training, I build the operational \"engines\" for onboarding and role readiness that ensure staff are empowered and resilient from their very first day.My commitment to the future of the profession leads me to analyze emerging trends—such as AI and workforce shifts—to prepare my institution for the next generation of work. I actively contribute to the scholarship of our field, researching and writing on topics such as imposter syndrome and the distinct guidance needs of high-achieving students. Whether I am serving as the President of a statewide network or leading a local chapter, my focus remains on building communities of practice and advocating for the growth and recognition of the Higher Education workforce.Outside of working hours, I am a writer, traveler, and amateur photographer. I\'m also a pet-mom to my cat, Bella Rose, and the world\'s best dog, Maximilian Von Pupperstein.
