Experience of total 45 LNG ship unloading and 300 LNG tanker loading.• Reports to Shift Superintendent and responsible for smooth and safe operations of LNG Re-gas Terminal.• Ensuring smooth and safe unloading of LNG from incoming LNG ship/cargo to Terminal.• Operations of hydraulically operated Marine unloading arms.(SVT).• Ensuring smooth and safe loading operation of LNG Tanker.• Monitoring of all process & utility parameters and report to SIC/Control Room for any deviation or abnormality. • Updating daily field check lists and log-books.• Start-up and shutdown of equipment’s such as BOG Compressors, HP Pumps, Return Gas Blowers, ORV Sea Water Pumps (Vaporizer Pumps) etc.• Put best efforts to keep all operations risk under control.• Safe plant operation through field activities.• Ensure plant is operated safely without any open risks and with best possible efficiency without bypassing and approved procedures.Equipment handled:• LNG storage tanks (2 X m3)• Cryogenic In-tank pumps (Nikkiso – Low Pressure in-tank LNG Pumps).• LNG boil off gas compressors (IHI – 12.5 Ton/hr. reciprocating machine)• Return Gas blowers ( Low pressure BOG blowers)• Minimum send out compressor• LNG High pressure pumps (Atlas Copco – Multistage High-Pressure LNG booster pumps)• LNG Open rack vaporizers • LNG Tanker Loading Facility• Plant utilities: o Liquid nitrogen handling, storage and ambient air vaporizers.o Instrument air compressors and dryers.o Diesel road tanker unlading, handling and storage.
