I am a technology and engineering leader with more than 28 years of experience leading enterprise technology organizations and delivering mission-critical platforms in complex and highly regulated environments. I have managed multiple projects concurrently and have unified efforts among business units and IT teams to achieve business goals.Throughout my career, I have focused on using technology to solve complex organizational challenges at scale. I have led multidisciplinary teams responsible for designing, building, and operating enterprise and public-facing platforms supporting millions of users, while ensuring reliability, security, performance, and operational resilience.My experience spans software engineering, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, data and analytics systems, and large technology portfolios. Over the course of my career, I have managed organizations of engineers, architects, and platform specialists while overseeing large enterprise technology portfolios and multi-million-dollar budgets, aligning technology investments with strategic priorities and measurable organizational outcomes. These experiences have shaped my approach to building resilient platforms that support both operational excellence and strategic growth.I have led strategic modernization initiatives that include delivering large-scale digital platforms, modernizing enterprise applications, implementing CI/CD and DevOps practices, and strengthening collaboration between technology teams and business stakeholders.
