Mentored a team of engineers to support tier 0-1 customer facing applications with a goal of 100 % availability and stability of the applications. • Catalyzed the setup of Splunk COE for the first set of applications for the enterprise. Created dashboards and alerts which identified key outages and sporadic issues proactively. This gave the team enough time to team respond to these issues and make sure the customer experience is not impacted. • Steered Production Support calls to make sure the application is back up and running and provide update to the senior leadership which comprises of directors, VPs, CTO on the status of the issue. • Key contributor to technical design and strategic implementations for the portfolio. Participated in screen sharing sessions with end users to troubleshoot and resolve the production issues on time. Looked at data from multiple sources and integrated data/inputs in a manner to build cause effect linkages to arrive at key issues. • Arrived at multiple solution alternatives keeping in mind the various stakeholders to assess the pros and cons of all the available solutions to arrive at the optimal solution. Formulated technical action plans for analyzing and resolving recurring problems, provided fault isolations and root cause analysis for highly complex and large technical issues. • Build and maintain reusable React and Java libraries and packages. • Setup and maintained the coding standard and practices and review the code and suggest the best practices with reason and benefit of doing so. • Developed scalable and performant cloud-enabled web services using React, Node.js, Spring Boot, AWS, and PCF. Configured Jenkins pipelines and follow best CI/CD practices. • Designed and build UI solutions for data-driven applications. • Participated in a collaborative development team with cross-functional globally distributed teams using Agile methodologies.
