   At Zenoti, a cloud based B2B software platform with a global presence serving customers across 50 countries, I am a Senior Project Manager, working with multiple Product Specialists, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Project Managers. I oversee up to 20+ accounts per quarter, driving successful project implementation and maintaining strong customer relationships. Taking ownership of the project plan and deliverables, I ensure milestones are met with unwavering dedication. Promoted to Lead Project Manager for the Med Spa Accelerated Accounts Vertical for Q1-Q3 2022. As the driving force behind a team of 12 talented professionals, we took on the responsibility of gathering data for new accounts and through our efforts, we successfully worked with 200 accounts at a time, effectively reducing backlog and streamlining operations. By improving the time to value (V0)-sales close to the beginning of implementation, for Med Spa accounts from 8% to a staggering between Q4 2021 and Q3 2022. I exponentially increased client satisfaction and accelerated revenue growth. Leveraging enhanced capabilities, the Med Spa mid-market experienced a significant surge in monthly recurring revenue, allowing them to confidently onboard more accounts per quarter.
