ABOUT JANA VERNESE

I have worked in the title industry for over 29 years. I started out as a Real Estate agent for various brokerage Real Estate companies located in Palm Beach County, Florida. I transitioned into the title industry as a residential post closer. Within 4 months I switched into the commercial side of the title industry and I loved it! My greatest value is the relationship I have personally cultivated and nurtured with my customers. Additionally, I have a tremendous trust and respect for my teammates in our commercial division and as well as many teammates within our offices, nationwide. I could not do my job without these invaluable resources. I have worked with commercial real estate, and some residential, in the facilitating and closing of escrow for many transactions ranging from as small as up to 1.625 billion dollars, nationwide. I am a high volume closer, and I am experienced working with all parts of the closing. I am also experienced with underwriting, and I am in good standing with my Florida title insurance license. I am proactive and honest. I also hold myself accountable. There is no room for blame. My interest is to make sure to get the transaction closed timely and efficiently. I stive to be responsive to the customer. This has helped me grow my book of business and has allowed for me to receive great referral connections. If I run across anything above my expertise, I always consult my superiors to get the most desirable, fair and feasible outcome I can, for the customer. I work closely with my superiors and look to them for my continued education and refining. I don’t feel that there is space to stop learning and being stretched in this industry, because it is constantly evolving. I am accepting of constructive criticism. I welcome it because without it, I feel that will prohibit me from growing into the best version of myself. I strive to stay humble, but I am very appreciative of my status in this industry because I have worked hard consistently, and I feel I have earned it. I am dependable, loyal, and faithful to my team and managers. I feel I was born to lead. I am constantly challenging myself and looking for ways that allow for me to demonstrate my leadership attributes. I love adventure, fitness, all outdoors, hiking, travel, good food, fishing, camping and horseback riding. I am heavily involved in my faith, and service opportunities in my community. I always try to see the good in every day and carry an attitude of gratitude. Laughter is medicine, consistency is key, and being kind costs zero cents.
