I have worked in the travel industry for 31 years, gaining experience in working with contractors and vendors and organizing and coordinating client meetings and events.As Corporate Travel Consultant, my goal is always to provide my clients with excellent customer service utilizing my strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Currently, I am responsible for booking all facets of travel – air, hotel, ground transportation, both international and domestic. Other responsibilities include, invoice data entry, traveler profile maintenance, dual GDS system entry (Sabre / Apollo), and administrative support.When it’s time for personal travel, my three children and I head for Disneyland – somewhere in the world. It truly is my Happiest Place on Earth!

I leverage a blended learning approach and appropriate training modalities to create engaging, dynamic learning experiences that support operational success.My role includes mentoring and guiding trainers, leaders, and system users while reviewing, internalizing, and delivering lesson plans that align with training objectives and real-world airline operations.I focus on creating a learning environment where individuals feel supported, confident, and empowered to grow. Through scenario-based learning, meaningful feedback, and strong relationship-building, I help learners develop the skills, communication, and self-trust needed to succeed in a fast-paced airline environment. My approach emphasizes psychological safety, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to each person’s development and success.
