ABOUT JANA RAJEH
I am an operations and program coordination professional with more than 12 years of experience across financial services, federal government, global corporate operations, and consulting environments. Throughout my career I have been responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, supporting senior leadership, and building structured systems that help teams operate more effectively. My experience spans multiple sectors including banking, public service, and global corporate organizations. I have worked across client advisory roles, government program delivery, executive operations, and international supply chain coordination. Most recently, I led cross-functional product launch initiatives at Estée Lauder, working with teams across marketing, procurement, manufacturing, and product development. Prior to that, I supported executive leadership within Global Affairs Canada’s Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding Division, coordinating international events, budgets, travel logistics, and operational workflows. Alongside my operational career, I have also designed and facilitated workshops focused on communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict navigation for professionals and organizations.
