Oversee all recruitment efforts and HR responsibilities for a Cornerstone Staffing branch. •Oversee daily operations of recruiters/staffing coordinators in the branch and provide guidance and assistance with the recruitment process. •Responsible for recruiting for positions ranging from technical to non-technical, exempt to non- exempt, and entry level to senior level. •Provide employee relations. •Handle all coaching, counseling and corrective action regarding contract employees •Manage documentation and procedures of all employee relation’s activities. •Mentor and coach recruiting team on best practices. •Partner with clients/hiring managers and recruiting team to ensure our recruitment efforts aligns with their business needs. •Manage the interviewing process and hiring tasks to ensure the best and most qualified candidates are selected.•Handle all employee orientation and on-boarding •Serve as a liaison between management and the Texas Workforce Commission completing unemployment claims and hearings, providing documentation and follow up regarding claims.
