About Jana Leigh

With over 12 years of experience in human resources and people management, I am a passionate and certified leader in people and culture at Integrity. I help foster the strategic direction and execution in employee engagement, performance management and learning and development. I love working with different business units across the country where I get to help guide and direct them with employee relations and crucial conversations. I work with a talented and diverse team of professionals to create a positive and inclusive culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and growth. I also leverage my skills in customer service, leadership, and sales to support the agency\'s business objectives and client relationships.
