ABOUT JANA JEDLOVSKA
I’ve been in and around the sustainable built environment my whole career (15+ years). I love everything about the energy space; the big problems to tackle, the big hearts of the people in this industry and the opportunity to make a positive impact on our environment, our operations, and our health. What I have learned over the years is that we need to embrace technology to make positive outcomes happen faster. That is where my current passion lies: embracing and scaling tech to make big changes in our lives. I have enjoyed many leadership positions throughout my career in engineering, sustainable building consulting, technical sales, business development, and product management. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully lead product teams while executing on the vision I put the customer at the centre of all I do I align teams cross functionally to buy in to a unified vision My gut instinct is good but I seek data validation for my decisions I strive to be a better person each day I’m constantly learning I stay calm when faced with difficult situations I focus on making high-quality decisions I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
