I was 1 of 17 fellows selected to participate in the Sports Biz Careers 2024 Charlotte Sports Business Fellowship Program.During this twelve week on-site experience I assisted 23XI Racing in Partnership Management. In this role, I assisted the Director of Partnership Management with the day-to-day tasks of managing partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing activations.Following the twelve week experience, my cohort participated in professional development workshops and networking events.My cohort and I will coordinate a Sports Biz Seminar for local high school students in order to give back to the community in 2025.
