You will be encouraged to share your thoughts and feelings and the plan will be developed based on your unique situation and needs. Some helpful interventions that may be used in our plan include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), eliminating negative beliefs while promoting positive beliefs, relaxation skills to manage stress and anxiety, expressive therapies such as art, play, and story telling, and examining how your thoughts lead to emotions lead to behavior and creating healthy patterns (also known as Cognitive Behavior Therapy).
