I practice in the areas of family law and assisted reproductive technology law, probate law, and estate planning. As head of my firm\'s fertility law practice group, I consult with prospective intended parents and gestational carriers, draft surrogacy agreements, embryo, egg and sperm donation agreements, as well as handle the court process to declare the intended parents the legal parents of the child, including obtaining birth certificates and passports for newborns. I work with all persons, including LGBTQ, seeking to form families and also advise clients on safeguarding embryo through estate planning.
