Jana Corral, LMFT, is the Chief Clinical Officer of Youth Homes, Inc, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and families across Contra Costa County. As CCO, Jana provides strategic oversight of all programs and clinical services, directing organizational initiatives that advance trauma-informed, outcome-driven care. Jana began her career at Seneca Family of Agencies, where she developed a deep understanding of the systemic challenges faced by underserved communities. Believing that healing from trauma requires consistent, compassionate, and community-based support, she has built a career focused on operational excellence and clinical integrity. Over the past decade, Jana has taken on progressive leadership roles at Youth Homes, including Vice President of Community Mental Health and Senior Vice President of Clinical Services, before assuming her current position as Chief Clinical Officer. She manages the agency\'s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) division, supervises a team of more than 40 directors and direct service providers, and guarantees the delivery of impactful services to over 300 youth and families each year. Along with her executive duties, Jana serves on the Contra Costa County Human Services Alliance Executive Committee, working to strengthen regional efforts that improve service coordination and policy alignment across the human services sector. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and a strong commitment to promoting equitable, trauma-informed care for the underserved youth and families of Contra Costa County.
