Responsible to manage the Productivity Solutions team of 11 full-time staff including eight software developers and three business analysts in addition to supplemental vendor resources; team primarily supports SharePoint, reporting and workflow tools for service, trading and operations business unit • Inherited 45 MS Access database systems supported by team; transformed key systems into web-based UI for improved performance and user experience. Reduced one system’s processing time from three hours to 10 minutes • Responsible for projects totaling $1.5MM in budget in 2016; accountable for delivering product on time and within scope and budget. Projects include reporting tool with advanced analytic capabilities, SharePoint upgrade from 2010 to 2016 and new workflow solution for suspense account reconciliation • Reduce incident response time by 95 minutes per occurrence. Create run books and common incident scenario documentation for support staff. Create health checks using SolarWinds for critical applications • Established formalized SLA response and process for simple enhancements requests. In all of 2015 team completed 30 SLA Work Orders; In first six months of 2016 completed 48 SLA Work Orders • Retire legacy Crystal reporting in favor of SSRS reporting technology; in nine months’ time team converted 76 Crystal reports to SSRS. Additionally, the team retired 203 Crystal reports no longer being used by the business customers
