My consulting focus is primarily on strategic HR management with regard to the design and implementation of HR instruments and processes (e.g. grading, performance and compensation systems). In addition, I support companies in the digitalisation of the HR departement by (partially) taking over project management specifically for the HR area. This includes coordinating various aspects of the project to ensure a seamless integration of the system by aligning with the goals and requirements of the HR business.
