I provide real estate services for Estate Administration, Trust Administration, Seniors entering long-term care, and Medicare/Medicaid required sales. I am experienced and knowledgeable of the Probate process and Medicaid guidelines. I help beneficiaries preserve assets and accomplish the necessary goal of selling the real estate.Many of my properties are full of personal property. It can be emotional and overwhelming for the family. I have a Plan of Action with a great network that includes an Approved Auctioneer with Franklin County Probate Court, various non-profits for donations, contractors and cleaners. We can clear the home and get it market ready. I help maximize value by presenting property in the best condition possible. My services are especially appreciated by out-of-town executors. I can manage almost any situation, from clean out to SOLD, regardless of most property conditions. I sell Residential, Commercial, Farm, and Investment real estate.
