Tutored and organized English lessons to Ukrainian students/refugees who were looking to take the TOEFL test - Used my language proficiency in both Russian and English to teach the zoom lessons. I was assigned to help the students work on specific TOEFL lessons through a pdf textbook that they also had access to- Helped my students improve their English skills/ English test-taking skills with consistent practice that included both reading, and communication. I challenged my students to only speak English in our lessons, and only use Russian when they had a question/needed help. As a result, I saw significant improvement in their English speaking/understanding abilities after only a month.
