ABOUT JAN TABAKA
My name is Jan Tabaka, and I am a proud Loan Officer at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation! I am fortunate to have a long and successful career in home mortgages, proudly ranking as one of the top ten tier, nationwide in volume and attribute this to underwriting knowledge, following up and listening to what you, the customer, tells me. My work ethic is strong, with 12 hours a day serving you. I am very grateful to have been involved in all aspects of this industry, from wholesale, retail, team lead and underwriting. I love enhancing the lives of my clients and working one-on-one with the clients, my realtor partners and builders! I have recently moved to this area, but I remain committed to doing what I know best - mortgages! I grew up in a family of five girls and remain close with each of my sisters. I have been happily married to my husband and closest companion, Walter, for almost forty years and we have been blessed with a daughter, a son and two adorable grandchildren. My goal is to explain and help you use our diverse products here at Fairway IMC, and to assist and be of-aid during every step of the loan process, so you can close in a very reasonable time with little-to-no discrepancies. I am very proud and excited to start working with you, here at Fairway!
