I lead a team of six to secure financing from various sources, strategically aligning with partners to deliver comprehensive services in agency leasing, tenant advisory, and capital markets. Secured a complex structured loan with a capital stack consisting of debt and equity tranches, first-lien and mezzanine construction loans, multiple EB5 investors, and local and international equity partners. Assumed and successfully secured $100M financing for a ground-up luxury high-rise condominium development after a competitor could not deliver, preventing project cancellation. Awarded the Houston Business Journal Women Who Mean Business in Commercial Real Estate (2019) and the HBJ Landmark Award for the Most Complex Capital Stack in a 30-story Residential Transaction Deal (2016).
