   Assembled and managed a crew of 45+ creatives using a master spreadsheet for scheduling and Movie Magic Budgeting for financial oversight, ensuring efficient production milestones.• Independently raised through crowdfunding and grant applications, managing resources with BILL AP & AR to complete the project 10% under budget.• Secured a SAG-AFTRA microbudget project agreement and implemented a COI for liability coverage, ensuring compliance with union and legal requirements.• Collaborated with Washington Filmworks to implement sustainable practices on set while developing a detailed master production timeline with daily task lists and check-ins, ensuring the preservation of local forest environments and enabling a seamless 6-day shoot with zero delays.• Supervised an extensive post-production process that included nearly 50 VFX shots. • Released a teaser trailer that garnered organic views within its first week, generating excitement for the film and expanding its audience reach.
