ABOUT J MIRAVITE-TILEY

I’ve worked in residential property management for over 20 years, shaping the performance of some of the UK’s most complex and high-profile developments. My expertise spans national portfolios, multi-tenure estates, and large-scale mobilisations, with a focus on compliance, health & safety, healthy finances and major works.I’ve driven operational improvements and service excellence. Highlights include leading integration projects following acquisitions and TUPE transfers, presenting performance and strategy to investors and senior leadership, and implementing new technologies that have transformed efficiency and reporting. In 2024, I was recognised in the PM50 awards for my contribution to the sector.Developing people is a core part of my leadership. I mentor colleagues through qualifications, deliver training workshops, and focus on creating environments where teams thrive. I also volunteer with East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service, supporting fire safety awareness in the community. I’m motivated by progress – whether that’s improving the resident experience, strengthening client relationships, enhancing technology or helping colleagues achieve their potential.
