My current role within TM Forum’s Project Management Office (PMO) focuses on project managing/supporting Collaboration’s Digital Ecosystem Management project team’s activities in their development of the best-practice industry guides, tools and insights. Additionally, I collaborate with the PMO Team to develop improvements in Collaboration’s ‘ways of working’ that benefit our Members in their Collaboration journey and project participation.
