I’m a design leader and coach who builds empowered product trios — where design, product, and engineering combine their different perspectives to tackle meaningful, complex problems together.My foundation is deeply rooted in designing customer-facing products and services: understanding user needs, shaping end-to-end experiences, and translating insight into impact. That hands-on experience still shapes how I lead today — close to the user, close to the team, grounded in outcomes.At refurbed, I lead the Product Design team and coach senior designers to lead within their product trios — driving strategy, discovery, and delivery with evidence-based decisions and shared accountability for results. We focus on learning fast and solving real problems for customers and the business.Earlier at XING (New Work SE), I built up DesignOps and coached over ten product teams to work in more discovery-driven, outcome-oriented ways.
