I have created a consulting firm that will provide cost effective serves to small and start up manufacturing businesses. Our target market are those businesses that are not able to staff a full time quality manager or who might have demands on their current quality manager which cannot be met in a timely manner. The quality management services that I can provide include, but are not limited to writing or critiquing quality manuals, conducting supplier audit, developing and managing suppliers or improving quality management systems to comply with ISO ISO13485 or AS9100 standards.
