In my career, I\'ve not only had the privilege of getting to know different departments, cultures and regions - I\'ve also had the chance to further shape and develop these areas together with lots of fantastic colleagues. And while the environment, tasks, challenges and project focus have changed over the years, my passion for transformation, leadership, new agile approaches and innovative technologies has remained the same. In my role as a member of the Management Board of Webasto SE, I oversee the global roof business. My focus is on the further expansion and development of this part of the company\'s business. Especially in the roof area, there are currently very exciting trends and new technologies whose potential I want to explore together with my team around the globe. We want to shape the future of roof together.
