I’ve spent several years in customer-facing technical roles across presales, sales engineering, and technology advisory, working at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions. While my career began in support, I quickly discovered that my greatest impact and enjoyment come from working directly with customers to understand challenges, translate requirements, and shape outcomes that actually move the needle.Today\'s global workforce is borderless, always on, and constantly evolving.
