My personal goal is - ‘to make a difference’ With passion and dedication over the past 13 years I have worked supporting young talent access Apprenticeship opportunities in both local SME’s and national organisations and have supported them through their journey. I have implemented new operating systems and procedures to ensure of efficiency and to contribute to business growth. I have managed a team’s to ensure the expectations of the key partners ‘Apprentice and Employer’ are met at all times. Keeping myself updated relating to government guidelines and legislation provides my clients with confidence in relation to my knowledge and understanding. Compliance is key to me and I strive for ‘right first time – every time’ in all aspects of the businesses processes. I ensure we operate ethically and confidentially ensuring GDPR is adhered to at all times. Prior to working closely within the Apprenticeship market place, I have worked across the education sector in various roles both within private Training Providers and with a large FE College. This has allowed me to gain knowledge and experience through varied roles with different responsibilities through to my current role of Client Relationship Manager. I lead confidently with stakeholder interventions, oversea recruitment activity, payroll processes and identify initiatives to maximise on financial outcomes. Following the implementation of the Levy, I ensure the administration of the businesses’ AS platform ensuring timely and accurate information is uploaded. I have excellent communication skills and strive to engage with ‘like minded’ people to create a strong network and continued long term relationships. I pride myself with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and have had this confirmed to me by both clients and colleagues in the past. I always strive to support my team to be their best and together strive to meet business targets and objectives.
