Acted as a mentor for new hires, bringing engineers up to speed on Dell and Dell Solutions. Trained Systems Engineers and Systems Consultants on Dell’s Advanced Infrastructure Manager (AIM) solution and created a portable demonstration solution for customers. Architected and presented compelling solutions that help ease customer pain points. Achieved the level of Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dell AIM, PowerEdge VRTX, FX2, Dell Blades and Open Manage Essentials. Considered a Field Expert for Dell servers, Open Manage Plug-in for VMWare vCenter, and EqualLogic storage. Provided thought leadership to help shape and improve the Systems Engineering group.
