About Jamon Jp Paschall

I am JaMon Paschall and I serve in multiple capacities for the IU Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis (IUPUI). I am a Winter 2021 MBA Candidate for the IU Kelley School of Business Evening MBA Program. I lead as the Assistant Director for the Undergraduate Program where I recruit top talent, initiate strategy and change, and unlock the potential of our employees. More recently, I have served as an Adjunct Faculty in the Undergraduate Program. After obtaining my MBA, I plan to combine my interests in supporting people and corporate strategies to help organizations maximize profits, completing marketing objectives, organize strategic goals, and organizational development.
