As a Managing Partner and Broker at Value Visor (SM) & Value Visor Business Sales & Real Estate, I leverage my law degree, Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM & AA), and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credentials to provide expert guidance on mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, growth, and exit and transition planning. With over 20 years of experience in the field, I have successfully closed transactions ranging from small mom and pop companies to companies over 50MM in value and assisted clients in growing from start-up to nine-figure exit. My areas of experience include health care, technology start-ups, Saas, intellectual property, contract and employment law, energy development, natural gas, real estate, lodging and recreation, and industrial sectors. I have also served as Interim Executive Director and Major Gifts Officer at Yankton Catholic Community Foundation Office and as in-house counsel. My greatest work accomplishements lie with strategic intiatives and serving as a coach and mentor. As Director of the Governor\'s Office of Strategic Initiatives in SD, we put a plan in place that not only met the metrics, but also achieved the first net in migration of people under 30 to SD after the Great Depression. As a professor, the success of my studens remains my pride and joy. More than all the above, faith, family, and community are closest to my heart. I serve when called, and am routiinely invoved in matters of faith, puttiing family first, and helping with public policy and community development projects. One of my favorite organizations has been One Step America, where those of different political beliefs come together to work on one thing they agree on.

We have particular experience in health care, technology start ups, intellectual property, real estate, lodging and recreation, industrial services, nurseries, manufacturing, energy, and SaaS.
