I am a tax partner in the Dallas office of EY and serves as Americas Federal Tax Advisory (FTA) Markets Leader. I have more than twenty-five years of tax experience. My client portfolio spans numerous industries with focus on telecommunications, technology, life sciences and advanced manufacturing. I enjoy working with clients that range from some the largest clients in their industry to emerging, high growth startups.My focus is on U.S. federal tax planning, including global research tax credits, capitalization, accounting methods and inventory. What drives me is helping my clients solve complex problems, developing innovative processes and building diverse, successful teams. Prior to joining EY, I led RSM McGladrey’s East Coast Research Credit Practice, where I trained and managed a number of research credit teams deployed throughout the country. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Accouting from the University of Texas at Dallas and am a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. I am previously recipient of EY’s Business Tax Services Thought Leadership award. I am a frequent speaker for TEI events and an instructor for several EY courses.
