As a core member of a 5-person design team, I lead the creation and management of our design system for an innovative B2B AI suite. I collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure consistent, scalable design practices. I also worked on designing a dashboard and user flow for the same project.Joining early in the project, I contributed to foundational user research—working through subject matter experts to understand user needs. As one of the first designers at SteerBridge, I help shape the company’s UX culture and design processes. I also contribute to high-impact initiatives like the ongoing redesign of the company website.
