Originally from Brazil, I started Law school in 2017 where I developed a strong passion for law. I combined my studies with a part-time internship at Defensoria Pública do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (a legal aid department), working as a legal assistant.In 2019, I took part in an exchange programme in the UK with the aim of improving my English skills, where I decided to continue my legal career. I am currently training to qualify as a solicitor, specialising in criminal defence, and as a police station representative, while working full time as a criminal defence paralegal.
