About Jamil Ibrahim

Jamil has over 25 years of experience in water resources and water infrastructure planning and design studies for ecosystem restoration, flood risk management, water supply reliability, and navigation improvement projects. He leads multidisciplinary teams and specializes in planning and natural resources management and evaluations for large-scale water infrastructure projects with a focus on multiple objective projects requiring technical and political understanding of the federal, state, and local water resources management systems. Jamil is experienced with managing and leading teams to support feasibility studies, and facilitating communication and information sharing across agencies and broad stakeholder groups. He is a certified Professional Hydrologist (PH), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Environmental Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), and is Past-President of the American Institute of Hydrology (AIH).
