Serve as a senior acquisition program analyst supporting the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ) Global Power portfolio, with direct alignment to executive aircraft modernization, including the VC-25B program (Air Force One replacement). • Lead Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) analysis supporting Headquarters Air Force (HAF) budget formulation, defense, and Congressional engagement • Integrate acquisition strategy, program execution, and lifecycle planning across $10B+ aircraft and weapons system portfolios • Provide independent “honest broker” assessments to senior Air Force leaders on program performance, risks, and milestone decisions across Programs of Record (PoR) • Support governance forums including Air Force Requirements Oversight Council (AFROC), Defense Acquisition Boards (DAB), and Acquisition Strategy Panels (ASP) • Deliver rapid-response analysis and executive briefings for Congressional inquiries, OSD, Joint Staff, MAJCOM, and coalition stakeholders • Analyze funding allocation, program trade-offs, and cost/schedule/performance risks to inform strategic decision-making • Develop and review acquisition artifacts including CONOPS, CDDs, and CPDs to support capability development and fielding • Ensure alignment of acquisition activities with national defense priorities, including nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3) and global strike capabilities
