Aid members and colleagues with account maintenance and management –include saving, checking, high-yield savings, tax-advantaged and trust accounts- Process and provide knowledge on domestic/foreign wire transfers procedures, savings bonds redemption, and foreign currency exchange- Manage, balance and audit the cashbox, vault, automated teller machines, teller cash dispenser, and coin sorter, ranging from $100 to on a daily/ weekly cadence with accuracy- Probe and obtain adequate information to troubleshoot a daily average of 50 issues with member accounts, cards, and on-line access including processing disputes- Review and take appropriate collective efforts on returned check/cash items, negative checking, insufficient funds balances, and Share Below $25 reports.
