I work as an Operations Partner for growing teams who are carrying real responsibility and don’t want to get it wrong.The people I work with are capable and committed. They usually know what they’re trying to achieve, but as teams grow and decisions start to have knock‑on effects, it becomes harder to see the best way forward. Guesswork feels risky, and carrying everything in your head stops being sustainable.That’s where I come in.I partner closely with leaders and teams to make sure the way work actually runs can support what they’re trying to do next. My role is to help people slow things down enough to make good decisions, put sensible structure in place, and take shared responsibility for how things operate day to day.I’m typically brought in when- Responsibility has increased and decisions matter more- Work is getting harder to manage across people and priorities- Progress feels slower than it should, despite a lot of effort- Leaders want a second brain they can trust, not another set of tasks taken awayI’ve spent over a decade working behind the scenes in organisations of different sizes, including agencies, consumer brands and charities. I’ve led change, fixed what wasn’t working, and helped teams operate more reliably as expectations increased.Today, I run a lean practice where I work hands‑on with a small number of clients at a time. That allows me to stay close to the work, understand the context properly, and support decisions that people can stand behind.I’m not here to sell tools, trends or quick fixes.
